KaraNation’s founder, Kara S Taylor, CSM, has a diverse consulting background of 20 years in Enterprise Strategic Solutions, creating high performing teams and implementing sustainable and scalable technology. Building bridges between business and technology, she leverages her expertise in Corporate Sales, Project Change and Relationship Management. Kara has helped to transform organizations within the Fortune 10, healthcare, energy and federal sectors. Her work has ranged from building new business models to construction on real property to complex digital transformations.
 
Her current pet project is a podcast focused on emerging leader development. It propelled Kara to obtain Executive Leadership coaching and Personal Development certifications. Kara is also a DISC Behavioral Assessment Trainer.
 
In or out the office, she enjoys working and developing talent within others to help them become their best version of themselves as we all learn to live better. She has been in Charlotte since 2011 and just moved to Charleston, SC to enjoy her nerd like love of History, the ocean and good food.
